Who We Are

Live Thrive Atlanta is a 501 (c) 3 that empowers people, organizations, communities and businesses to make positive, healthy and sustainable changes to the environment. Through partnerships and community events, Live Thrive Atlanta has diverted over 250,000 pounds of hazardous waste from Atlanta’s water system and landfills. In recognition of its efforts, Live Thrive Atlanta received the Atlanta Business Chronicles Ennovation Environmental Award in April of 2012, the Fulton County Citizens Commission Environmental Award for enhancing and protecting the environment in May of 2012 and Keep Georgia Beautiful's Waste Reduction Award November 2012.

Paint for the People

”Paint for the People” is a project created by Live Thrive Atlanta and Atlanta Paint Disposal to give all interested in ridding their neighborhoods of graffiti or have beautification projects the opportunity to receive recycled paint at no charge. If you are interested in receiving paint through this program, please submit your project.
